Our studio has two practice rooms. HOT and WARM classes are held in our state of the art hot studio, drawing heat from three sources (infrared panels, hot water baseboards, and heat recovery ventilation). COOL classes are held in our bright, beautiful air-conditioned studio featuring skylights and bamboo flooring.

HOT CLASSES

hot yoga fire

(90 min)

A classic 26 + 2 Hot Yoga class. A set sequence of 26 asanas (postures) and 2 pranayamas (breathing exercises) done twice. Designed to warm and stretch your muscles, ligaments, and tendons in the order that is most beneficial to the body.

(60 min)

This is the 26 + 2 Hot Yoga class condensed into 60 min.

hot hatha yoga

(60 min)

Hot Hatha Yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. Balance and mind-body connection are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion.

hot Vinyasa flow & power yoga

(60 min)

Hot Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a vigorous class where the movements are connected to each other in a flowing manner, linking movement with the breath. Beginners are welcome and will be encouraged to pace themselves and focus on mastering the basic poses before moving onto the more complex poses.

Warm Deep Stretch & Relaxation

(60 min)

Warm Deep Stretch & Relaxation is a Yin-style, slow moving practice designed to improve flexibility and range of motion. Poses are held passively for several minutes with the support of props. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues.

AIR CONDITIONED CLASSES

Aerial yoga

(60 min)

Aerial Yoga is taught on a specialty apparatus – the aerial hammock. These classes are designed to promote spinal decompression by using gravity and passive inversions to create joint gapping. Circulation is also increased as we move through inversions and hanging poses that stimulate blood flow. The pretty, beginner-friendly poses are a bonus. Each class ends with a dreamy savasana inside the hammock.

Vinyasa flow & power YOGA

iyengar YOGA

(60 min)

lyengar Yoga is named after Bellur Krishnamachar Sundararaja (BKS) lyengar. This method focuses on the alignment of the body, mind, and soul in all poses and is based on the traditions and philosophy of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. Integrating breath work, and Ashtanga Yoga (the eight limbs of Yoga), lyengar Yoga builds on a regular practice, and emphasizes on the sequence of a class. Thanks to the use of props like bricks and bolsters, the pose is adapted to the practitioner’s individual needs.

yin yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow moving practice designed improve flexibility and range of motion. Poses are held passively for several minutes with the support of props. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. This is contrast to a Yang yoga practice such as Vinyasa yoga which targets the muscles. Join us on Tuesdays for Candlelit Yin + Sound Bath featuring healing crystal bowl tones.
