WHICH CLASS IS RIGHT
FOR YOU?
Our studio has two practice rooms. HOT and WARM classes are held in our state of the art hot studio, drawing heat from three sources (infrared panels, hot water baseboards, and heat recovery ventilation). COOL classes are held in our bright, beautiful air-conditioned studio featuring skylights and bamboo flooring.
IGNITE
(45 min)
This is our Hot 45 minute Mat Pilates full body workout. Challenge yourself with a mix of classical and contemporary Pilates exercises in a fun, energizing atmosphere set to great music. Use of lightweights, bands and Pilates ball.
UPLIFT
(60 min)
This is our 60 minute full body strengthening class, which could include light weights, bands, sliders and Pilates ball. Expect a challenging class that includes standing lunges and squats, upper body strengthening and lots of core!
CLARIFY
(60 min)
This is our Hot dynamic yoga flow class. This class is mixed level while remaining appropriate for anyone new to yoga. Style and challenge level of the class will vary with each instructor.
RENEW
(60 min)
Our 60 minute 26+2 original hot yoga class. 26 yoga poses and 2 breathing exercises. A transformative hot yoga class.
REVIVE
(60 min)
This is our 60 minute dynamic flow yoga class. You can expect to be both challenged and soothed in this class with a strong set of standing yoga poses as well as a seated longer holds. Style and difficulty level of class may depend on the teacher. Arm balances and more exploratory yoga poses may be included.
RELEASE
(60 min)
This is our warm 60 minute Yin and gentle stretch class. This very relaxing, slow, meditative yoga class is an opportunity to slow down, decompress and release any physical or mental tension from the week.
